Gregor Wynne Arney represents international and U.S.-based clients in complex international disputes and maintains one of the most robust international arbitration practices of any boutique law firm. In the international context, we have handled disputes arising out of the Middle East, South America, and Scandinavia, and have litigated matters decided under both U.S. and English law, as well as incorporating principles of international law. Our lawyers have served as lead counsel in important and successful arbitrations involving a wide variety of commercial disputes, arguing cases under nearly all major international rules, including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), JAMS and the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
