Former Federal Prosecutor Jon Muschenheim Featured Presenter in TCDLA White Collar CLE Program
Gregor Wynne Arney partner Jon Muschenheim is among the featured presenters in the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association’s on-demand White Collar CLE program, a comprehensive webinar series designed to help criminal defense attorneys navigate today’s evolving federal enforcement landscape.
Jon Muschenheim joined Gregor Wynne Arney PLLC in 2024 after more than 26 years as an Assistant United States Attorney and a decade in private practice. Over the course of his career, he has handled complex federal investigations involving financial crimes, healthcare fraud, public corruption, money laundering, asset forfeiture, national security matters, and regulatory enforcement issues. Jon has served as first-chair trial counsel in nearly sixty jury trials and previously supervised the Financial Investigations Unit for the Southern District of Texas, overseeing countless high-profile federal investigations and forfeiture matters.
Jon also served as the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) Coordinator for the Southern District of Texas and has trained federal agents, prosecutors, and analysts nationwide on money laundering, financial investigations, and foreign evidence issues. His extensive experience working alongside agencies such as the FBI, IRS, DEA, Homeland Security Investigations, FinCEN, SBA OIG, and FDIC OIG provides valuable insight for clients and referral counsel navigating sophisticated federal investigations and white collar defense matters.

The online White Collar course offers 7.00 CLE credit hours, including 1.00 hour of ethics credit, and is available entirely on demand, allowing attorneys to complete the program at their own pace and on their own schedule.
